Happy St Patrick’s day?  No thank you.

This year I plan to celebrate St Alban’s day. Patron saint of converts, refugees and torture victims. His feast day is June 22nd and on that day I will be all three.

Cake avoided. Only 100 more days of temptation to go. Jesus only did 40 days and nights in the desert.
